Zong congratulates state minister

KARACHI: Zong congratulated Anusha Rahman, minister of state for IT & Telecom and Dr Ismail Shah, chairman of PTA, on winning the “Government Mobile Excellence Award” as this achievement is a welcome news for the country, a statement quoting Nauman Khalid, deputy director regulatory affairs, Zong, said.
Rahman has recently been awarded the “Government Mobile Excellence Awards 2015” at the Mobile World Congress 2015 of the GSMA in Barcelona, Spain, it said.
This award is an acknowledgement of the successful spectrum auction of the 3G and 4G services in the 850MHz, 1,800MHz and 2,100MHz bands, it said.
