Pakistan, Austria officials hold talks

KARACHI: Officials of Pakistan and Austria held talks regarding bilateral trade said one spokesperson of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) on Tuesday.
TDAP Chief Executive SM Muneer met Dr Brigitta Balaha, Austrian Ambassador along with Richard Bandera, Commercial Counsellor, and was assisted by secretary and director marketing Europe.
The agreed there is much potential to increase trade between Pakistan and Austria, for which the TDAP secretary suggested to the Austrian officials to send a delegation of buyers and exporters. The proposal of sending the Austrian delegates in Aalishan Pakistan London was also discussed.
In the meeting, the chief executive informed the Ambassador about Expo Pakistan 2015 where more than 1,000 delegates came from 70 countries. The TDAP secretary briefed the Ambassador regarding the workings of the TDAP and its structure.
