Students protest fee-hike in Takhtbhai

TAKHTBHAI: Students of Government Polytechnical College on Monday staged a protest against raise in tuition and examination fees. Led by the Pakhtun Students Federation president Shehryar Khan and Naveed Khan, the protesting students blocked the Malakand road traffic. They were holding banners and placards inscribed with slogans against the government. The protesters also chanted slogans against authorities. The students said the hike in tuition and examination fees was an unjust decision. The protesters asked the high-ups to revisit the decision.
