Minor girl drowns in Malir River

A two-year-old girl drowned at Malir River near Yaar Muhammad Goth on Thursday. Shah Lateef Town police SHO Amanullah Marwat said Ansa, daughter of Muhammad Ramzan, was playing near when she slipped and fell inside the river. After the rescue teams reached the scene, the body was fished out and it was later handed over to her parents for burial.
