PESHAWAR: The provincial government has ordered the transfer and posting of 23 officers, including deputy commissioners of Dera Ismail Khan and Lower Dir. According to the notification of the Establishment Department, Muhammad Tariq, (SG BS-19) additional secretary Spots Department, was posted as secretary Sports Department against the vacant post. Mian Adil Iqbal (AS BS-19), deputy commissioner (DC) of Dera Ismail Khan, was transferred and posted as project director, Planning Management Unit (PMU), Higher Education Department, against the vacant post. Attaur-ur-Rehman (PCS EG BS-19), Lower Dir DC, was transferred and posted as Labour Department additional secretary to replace R Haider Bukhari (PMS BS-19), who has been transferred and posted as additional secretary, Establishment Department against the vacant post. Sarmed Saleem Khan (PAS BS-18), director industries, was transferred and posted as Lower Dir DC. Nouman Afzal Afridi (PAS BS-18), who was awaiting posting in the Establishment Department, was as Dera Ismail Khan DC. Fazal Muhammad (PAS BS-18), settlement officer, Mansehra, was transferred and posted as additional commissioner of Dera Ismail Khan. Mansoor Qaiser was transferred from secretary to Commissioner DI Khan to deputy secretary, Labour Department, Hameedullah from Assistant Political Agent (APA), upper Mohmand to secretary to commissioner Dera Ismail Khan. Shah Fahad, who was awaiting posting in the Establishment Department, was posted as director, Industries Department. The services of Rashid Khan (PMS BS-18), deputy secretary, Transport Department, were placed at the disposal of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regularity Authority for further posting. Amanullah was transferred from deputy secretary, Finance Department to deputy secretary, Transport Department. Riaz Hussain, deputy director, Secretariat Training Institute (STI), was directed to report to the Establishment Department. Shahana Bibi, deputy secretary, Finance Department, was transferred and posted as deputy secretary Environment Department against the vacant post. Naik Muhammad, section office, Elementary and Secondary Education Department, was transferred upon promotion as deputy secretary, Finance Department. Khalid Khan, director (Admin) Galiyat Development Authority, Abbottabad, was transferred and posted as secretary, Provincial Transport Authority (PTA) against the vacant post. He was replaced by Khwaja Faheem Sajjad, director (building control), GDA. Muhammad Saleh, deputy secretary, CM Secretariat, was transferred and posted as DMO, IMU Project, Establishment Department. He replaced Tariq Mehmood, who was posted as deputy director, Youth Affairs, Sports Department. Babar Khan of the Planning and Development (P&D) Department was posted as additional secretary, Sports Department. Khalid Dad, deputy director, Excise and Taxation Department, was transferred and posted as secretary-II, Board of Revenue, against the vacant post. Muhammad Irshad, assistant commission, Abbattabad, was transferred and posted as director (building control) GDA, in his own pay and scale, said the notification.
