Jhagra links development to Fata reforms

PESHAWAR: Governor Engr Iqbal Zafar Jhagra has said that implementation of the Fata reforms will lead to a new era of development and progress in the area, which is expected to cost around Rs90 billion in the near future.
This he stated while talking to a delegation of journalists, hailing from South Waziristan which called on him at Governor’s House, Peshawar on Monday, said an official handout.
The delegation was led by Adam Khan, Chairman, Wana Union of Journalists. It included Noor Ali, Ahmad Noor, Raza Dautani, Mujib-ur-Rehman and others.
The governor, while responding to various suggestions, said that journalism is a noble profession. He said journalists while highlighting the difficulties being faced by the people in fact extended a helping hand to the government to resolve the grievances promptly. 
The members of the delegation thanked the governor for his keen interest in implementing the reforms process and ensuring accelerated pace of development in Fata.
