2 women raped, one abducted

PAKPATTAN: Two women were raped and one kidnapped along with her minor daughter in three incidents here on Monday.
A girl of Chak Rekan Din went to a shop along with her mother when two armed accused, including Asif and Haji Yasir came on motorbike and abducted her forcibly. They took her to some unknown place where accused Asif allegedly raped her while the other accused stood guard outside.
In another incident, four accused, including Kala, Shaki called a woman of Chak 96/D at the canal bridge of Chak Noorpur. When she reached there, they abducted her. Later, accused Kaka allegedly raped her while the other accused stood guard outside. People gathered on the scene when the woman made hue and cry. Later, the accused escaped from the scene.
In third incident, Kulsoom Bibi went to the shrine of Hazrat Baba Fareed Masood Ganj Shakar along with her five-year-old daughter Samia Bibi. Some unidentified accused came and abducted them. Police have registered the cases.
FOUR INJURED IN ROAD ACCIDENT: Four persons were seriously injured in a road accident here on Monday. A speeding tractor trolley hit a rickshaw from rear near new railway gate. Four persons, including the rickshaw driver and students were seriously injured. Reportedly rickshaw driver M Tanveer was going to drop students to their respective institutions when a speeding tractor trolley hit them. Rickshaw driver Tanveer, Ayesha Khursheed, 7, Nosheer Khan, 7, of Chak Noor Kot and Areej Fatima, 16, of Mandi Mor were seriously injured. They were rushed to DHQ hospital by Rescue-1122.
