Over 270 teachers promoted

The Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) has promoted over 270 teachers of Islamabad’s public sector educational institutions.
Among these teachers are 246 senior school teachers and 32 trained graduate teachers.
The promotions were recommended by the CADD Departmental Selection Board lately.
They’ve taken effect immediately after the issuance of a notification by the CADD, which oversees
the city’s government schools and colleges
totalling over 400 through the Federal Directorate of Education.
The senior school teachers promoted backdated are also eligible for time-scale promotion in BPS-18 from January 2016.
All these teachers will be on probation for one year in line with the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973.
