CM wants Peshawar, Mardan, Nowshera beautification plan finalised

PESHAWAR: Directing to hand over Pir Zakori
Flyover on the Ring Road/GT Road Intersection to the
overall Bus Rapid Transit Project, Chief Minister
Pervez Khattak on Thursday asked the official concerned to finalise the beautification plan in Peshawar, Mardan and Nowshera.
He was presiding over a meeting to review the progress on the development schemes as a part of the beautification plan of Peshawar, Mardan and Nowshera districts here.
The meeting was informed about different development packages in Peshawar, Mardan and Nowshera.
The chief minister directed to complete the master plan having different projects and road communication, beautification, Hayatabad and University roads, etc.
He ordered to open the roads for smooth vehicular traffic in the entire city of Peshawar.
Later, addressing another presentation on the new projects in Mardan, the chief minister directed to complete Jawad Chowk Flyover within six months.
The Jawad Chowk Flyover would cost Rs385 million and Charsadda Chowk Flyover Rs405 million.
