JIT also includes target killers’ hit list

ISLAMABAD: The report of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on Baldia Town factory fire, which killed 258 people, also documents a list of around 20 more people who are on the hit list of target killers.
The report, compiled by the Inter Services Intelligence, Intelligence Bureau, Pakistan Rangers, Federal Investigation Agency and Sindh Police, has been submitted to the Sindh High Court (SHC). Besides containing shocking revelations about putting the factory on fire, it also mentions that the target killer, Rizwan Qureshi, had disclosed that around 20 more people, including two anchors and workers of Muttahida Qaumi Movement, Awami National Party, Sunni Tehrik, MQM-Haqeeqi and Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan were on the hit list.
The tale of factory fire was narrated by the arrested target killer what he had heard from an office-bearer of a party, as he was not directly involved in the incident.
According to the JIT the target killers intend to kill Furrukh, a member of Sector Committee Pak Colony; Faisal, brother of Furrukh; Faisal Bhura, a resident of New Karachi; Altaf W-II; Kashif unit in charge 74; Faisal of unit 74; Waseem Mirche of unit 74; Yousaf Kala alias Yousaf Denter, r/o Lines Area; Waseem Builder, r/o Tariq Road; Farhan Papa of Sunni Tehrik, r/o Lines Area; Alam Lamba of Sunni Tehrik, r/o Lines Area; Imran Dangi of Sunni Tehreek: Shah Kalam of ANP, r/o Sohrab Goth; Tariq Khan Masood of ANP, r/o Abul Hassan Ispahani Road; Imran Tareen, son of Rehman Hotel Wallah; and Nazir Hardware Store Wallah of SSP, r/o PECHS.
The arrested target killer said he had received a call from Canada and was asked to work on the above-mentioned people. He was told that if this ‘project’ could not be carried out on time then it could never be done. The caller told Rizwan that he will be informed about the above-mentioned hit list through Skype.
