Eid gifts presented to families of 28 martyred SSU commandos
KARACHI: Senior officers of the Sindh police’s Special Security Unit (SSU) visited the residences of 28 martyred commandos and distributed Eidul Azha gifts among their families.
Eid gifts were also distributed among the families of the late 16 SSU commandos who passed away during service, a press release said on Thursday.
The senior officers, on the orders of SSU Commandant Maqsood Ahmed, visited the residences of the late personnel of the force as per a tradition of the unit and presented gifts, including cash, among the families in Karachi and the interior of Sindh.
In his message, the commandant said: “They made immense contribution in the line of their duties with dedication and commitment.”
The families appreciated the efforts of the SSU officers for remembering them on the occasion of Eidul Azha.
