Man shot dead in Akora

NOWSHERA: A man was shot dead over unknown reasons in Petaw Payan falling in the limits of the Akora Khattak Police Station on Tuesday, official sources said.
One Samiullah reported to the police that he along with his father Gul Rani Khan was present in Malikabad locality after attending a funeral prayer when Noor Ahmad alias Malangey fired at his father, killing him instantly. The accused fled the scene. He said that his father had enmity with no one.
The body was shifted to the hospital for autopsy and later handed over to the family members for burial. The police registered the case and started an investigation.
