LAHORE: Staff of the Recovery Directorate Town Planning Wing of Lahore Development Authority sealed 15 properties, situated in Johar Town and Model Town Link Road on Wednesday, during its ongoing drive against illegal commercial use of domestic properties and non-payment of commercialisation fee.
The properties were being used to run beauty salon, fashion outlets, garments outlets and offices, officials said, adding staff of the Directorate of Estate Management Private Housing Schemes of Lahore Development Authority also demolished boundary walls, sewerage system, main gate and sealed society offices of six illegal housing schemes situated in Mustafa Abad, District Kasur. Meanwhile, Additional Director General (HQ) Lahore Development Authority Samia Saleem has placed services of Muhammad Farhan Khalid, Network/System Engineer at the disposal of Director Computer Services, LDA.
