Commemoration of ‘Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Police’ lauded
Islamabad: Police Services of Pakistan Association President IG Nasim-uz-zaman Commandant National Police Academy has said that it is a great and appreciable act of National Police Bureau and Ministry of Interior to declare 4th August every year as ‘Youm-e-Shuada-e-Police’, says a press release.
He also appreciated National Police Bureau to arrange wreath laying ceremony at NPB to pay tribute to Martyrs of Police force. PSP Association president also thanks Minister for interior Mr Ahsan Iqbal to attend the ceremony and his presence at the occasion showed his acknowledgement of the sacrifices rendered by Police officers to uphold law.
President PSP Association also added that PSP association applauded the effort of NPB & MOI to observe’ Youm-e-Shuda-e-Police’ throughout the country, first time with an excellent way. President PSP association also said that the nation will remain remember the sacrifices rendered by the police forces in the line of their duties in collaboration with the military forces to uproot the evil of terrorism and to make the country safe.
While talking about the families of the martyred police officers, he added that police forces and Whole Nation is standing with them as they have sacrificed their beloved ones for the safety of this nation and country. At the end, President PSP Association added that, Police forces will never show any lack to contribute more sacrifices for nation and for our beloved country.
