Those who can

The CDA authorities should take serious action and heads should roll after the remarks of the superior judiciary regarding corruption, inefficiency and abdication of authority. How else can one explain the authority’s many gifts that have come to the federal capital in the shape of overflowing sewers, broken roads, wastage of freshwater, pollution, encroachments, commercial activities in residential areas, unauthorised construction, environmental degradation, pathetic condition of public parks, stinking markets etc?
If the top officials of the CDA cannot enforce the law, let them be replaced with those who can.
