World Punjabi Congress (WPC) Chairman Fakhar Zaman has returned home after visiting European countries in connection with consultations to organise international peace conferences in various European countries which will culminate in a splendid world conference on “Literature and Peace” in the coming December or January in Lahore.
A press statement issued on Wednesday said, Zaman had long discussions on the details of the conferences in Stockholm. Renowned Swedish poet and intellectual Peter Currman, peace activist Karin Perers and eminent journalists Maud and Goran Lindbla participated in the meetings wherein it was decided that the first conference on peace would be held in Sweden.
