Bail grantedin domestic worker’s murder case

LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court on Monday granted pre-arrest bail to daughter of a PML-N’s woman MPA facing charges of killing her domestic worker.
Fouzia was already on pre-arrest bail given by a sessions court, however, she secured a fresh bail from the ATC after police included the clause of Anti-Terrorism Act in the murder case. The court allowed bail to the suspect until July 28, and directed her to join police investigation.
Akbari Gate police accused Fouzia, daughter of MPA Shahjahan, of torturing her young domestic worker Akhtar Ali to death.
