Court bails out two brothers charged with killing
PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court on Friday bailed out two brothers accused of killing their sister-in-law.
A single bench headed by Justice Qalandar Ali Khan ordered the release of the accused on bail after hearing both the parties. Lawyer Shabbir Hussain Gigyani appearing for the accused submitted that the incident occurred in 2012 in the limits of Jabbar Police Station in Mardan.
He argued that the two brothers Lalzada and Bakhsheed, residents of Katlang, were accused of killing their sister-in-law. However, the lawyer submitted that there was a conflict in the statements of witnesses. He also pointed out delay in the trial of the accused on the part of the prosecution. He prayed the court to release the accused persons on bail as the trial would take also years.
