Pakistan to face India in playoffs

KARACHI: Pakistan, after losing to Argentina in the quarter-finals of Hockey World League Semi-finals Round, will face India, who were surprisingly beaten by Malaysia, in the 5-8 position playoffs on Saturday (today).
Argentina, Malaysia, the Netherlands and England have booked their tickets for the 2018 World Cup in Bhubaneswar, India.
The winner of Pakistan and India clash will play the fifth position match and the loser will figure in the seventh place game.
India recorded a big 7-1 victory over Pakistan in the pool game.
