NAB arrests another man for fraud

LAHORE
National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Lahore on Tuesday arrested another accused in alleged embezzlement and irregularities in purchasing land for Pakistan Industries Development Corporation (PIDC). According to a NAB spokesman, the arrested accused was identified as Zahid Mehmood. He was an accused in purchase of 800 kanal land for PIDC. Zahid along with other accused purchased the land allegedly illegally and caused a loss to PIDC. In the same case, he added, NAB already arrested his elder brother named Khalid Mehmood Chadda some two months back. One more accused in the same case named Muhammad Zubair is also in the custody of NAB.
