Dry and chilly weather today

THE weather in the provincial metropolis is going to be dry and chilly today (Thursday).
A shallow trough is prevailing over northern parts of the country. Continental air is prevailing over other parts of the country which is carrying the chill from the freshly snow-covered tops down to the plain areas. The minimum temperature in the city was 4 degrees Celsius while that in the country was -11 at Parachinar and Kalam. Malam Jabba and Murree were painted by 3 inch and 2 inch of snow respectively.
