The rupee showed a stable trend against the dollar on Friday due to persistent sluggish trading activities, dealers said. The rupee rose two paisas and closed at 104.78 to the dollar as compared to the previous closing of 104.80 in the interbank currency market. “The rupee continued to witness a steady trend as major traders remained on the sidelines amid lack of buying interest,” a forex dealer said.
