Atlas Honda profit up 25pc

Atlas Honda Limited has announced a net profit of Rs3.752 billion for the year ended March 31, 2017, which is 25 percent higher than the profit of Rs3.001 billion last year.The EPS stood at Rs36.29 for the period under review as compared to Rs29.03 last year. The company also declared a final cash dividend of Rs18.5/share. The surge in profitability can be attributed to 17 percent increase in sales revenue, which stood at Rs64.53 billion for the year as compared to Rs55.02 billion last year.
