4 killed, 5 hurt in Faisalabad accidents

FAISALABAD: Four people were killed while five others sustained injuries in separate road accidents here on Wednesday.
Trader Mian Abid Hussain, Asma of Chak 207/RB, Zaman of Sangla Hill and Ali Sher were killed in different accidents. Five people, including Asif, Uzma and Azan, were injured in different accidents in the city.
3 HUMAN SMUGGLERS HELD: The FIA arrested three human smugglers in separate incidents.
They are Pervez of Chak 225/RB and Faisal and Rizwan of Madina Town. The accused were allegedly involved in sending people abroad on fake documents.
BOOK FAIR: A two-day annual book fair was started at the GC Women University on Wednesday.
GC Women University VC Prof Dr Noreen Aziz along with faculty members visited various book stalls and said that book reading should be promoted in our young generation. She said that books were our fast friends, which enhance our knowledge and abreast us with the growing communities of the world.
