ISLAMABAD: Around 38 victims of 'One Constitution Avenue' project have petitioned the Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the decision of its single bench.
The affected people filed the appeal through their counsel Muhammad Ali Raza Advocate in which they said if all those buildings listed in the CDA's report submitted to the court were not cancelled by the court then it will be discrimination with the purchasers of apartments at One Constitution Avenue.
The petition challenged the decision of the IHC single bench which upheld the CDA's decision to cancel lease for the land of Grand Hayat Hotel situated at the One Constitutional Avenue.
