LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Dr. Tahirul Qadri on Saturday said the Panamagate issue is being buried once and for all as the case is being wrapped up in shroud.  Talking to media after convocation of his university he said the Parliament ignored to call the prime minister’s speech political adding the statement by the PM’s counsel is an abundant proof that the system has failed.

The contradictions in the statements by PM Nawaz Sharif have sufficiently been proved, he clarified adding PanamaLeaks case will commit a suicide if an inquiry commission is formed on the issue.

Dr. Tahirul Qadri called the democracy prevalent in the country as monarchy saying that neither elections were held nor any constitutional government existed here. We will continue protesting over Model Town tragedy and proceed with the protest against the June 17 carnage in accordance with our strategy, he elaborated. Responding to a query if he has any plan for a protest demonstration, he said I do not want to waste energy of my workers on an inopportune time.
