Sindh High Court judge Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar distributed merit certificates among the Karachi Bar Association lawyers who had completed the training of dealing with anti-terrorism court cases.
The certificates were distributed at a function held at the Jinnah Auditorium housed at the Karachi Bar Association premises. Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar appreciated the construction of the Jinnah Auditorium and also commended the services of the KBA for training young advocates to take up terrorism-related cases.
“It’s a very good development that the lawyers are provided with information and guidance on the collection of evidence, holding identification parade and recording witnesses’ statements,” he said. He advised lawyers to perceive the facts of the cases and be fully aware of the anti-terrorism law.
