LAHORE
Education institutes of the provincial metropolis will observe a holiday in connection with last day of Urs of Hazrat Ali bin Usman Al-Hajveri, popularly known as Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh, on Monday (tomorrow).
Urs of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh began in the provincial capital on Saturday. A Punjab University (PU) spokesperson said the university will also remain closed on Monday. However, the ongoing examinations would be held at per schedule. Similarly the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore announced that examinations would be held as per schedule on Nov. 21. EDO Education Lahore Tariq Rafique said the public as well as private schools would remain closed on Monday.
