Governor calls for an improved BIEK

Reiterating the importance of education while talking to Chairperson Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) Inam Ahmed, Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan has said that it’s impossible to attain progress without excellence in education.
He mentioned that the only way to pave way for progress was to bring curriculum and present day needs on the same page and government was keenly working toward it especially after the emergency measures in the respective sector.
Referring to transparency at BIEK, he said that examination timely schedules must be abided by and results should follow suit at the earliest. Ahmed assured the Governor that necessary steps were being taken to strengthen BIEK.
