CTD kills four terrorists in Khanewal

LAHORE: The Counter Terrorism Department on Saturday killed four terrorists after an exchange of fire with them in Khanewal, CTD officials stated.
Acting on a tip off, the Counter Terrorism Department officials challenged the terrorists affiliated with the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan. The gunmen opened fire on the CTD officials and an exchange of fire took place.
As a result four terrorists were killed while two to three escaped under the guise of darkness.
Two hand grenades, a rifle, a pistol and a large number of bullets were recovered from the terrorists.
