Reportedly, the markets have been flooded with fake and sub-standard medicines manufactured by licensed companies but without a quality control.
The authorities are requested to check the quality control facilities of the licensed companies and revoke the licences of those which compromises on the quality of the product. People are also advised to buy medicines directly from manufacturers and not through dealers.
