The decision of the chief minister of Sindh to close marriage halls and shopping malls in Karachi by 10pm and 7pm respectively is highly appreciated. This will not only save the time of the citizens but the electricity of the city too.
In addition, those people who organise programmes on the streets should also be controlled. The government should strictly ban aerial firing and fireworks during marriage ceremonies.
