Three injured in Kohat hand grenades attack

KOHAT: A man, his wife and minor son sustained injuries as rivals hurled two hand-grenades into a house in Shakar Darra area in the district on Friday, police sources said.
The sources said that there was a land ownership dispute between Iqbal and Nasrullah. They said that the accused Iqbal, Irfan, Saeed, Aurangzeb and Imran lobbed two hand grenades into the house of Nasrullah during the wee hours of Friday.
The sources said that Nasrullah, his wife and a son Muhammad sustained injuries in the explosions caused by the hand- grenades. The injured were shifted to a local hospital. The cops collected pieces of evidence from the crime scene and arrested three accused Irfan, Saeed and Aurangzeb.
