Hot, humid weather to continue

LAHORE
Hot and humid weather continued to prevail in the city on Tuesday while the Met office predicted the similar weather condition for Wednesday (today). The Met officials said weak seasonal low lies over north Balochistan and its adjoining areas while a shallow westerly trough is affecting Kashmir and adjoining areas. The Met officials predicted hot and dry weather in most parts of the country while rain and thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas. Tuesday’s highest maximum temperature was recorded at Nokkundi where mercury reached 44°C while in Lahore it was 32C and humidity was 64 per cent.
