OCCI executive body elected

OKARA: The Okara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) Thursday completed its first phase of elections for 2016-17.
OCCI Election Commissioner Haji Shifaullah Wasim announced the results of Executive Committee (EC) for 2016-17.
According to polls, Chaudhry Khalilur Rehman, Sheikh Muhammad Hanif, Muhammad Kashif, Dr Muhammad Azam Khan, Chaudhry Abdul Kareem were elected a members of corporate class, whereas Khawaja Muhammad Wasim, Chaudhry Amir Razzaq, Chaudhry Muhammad Tahir Siddiq, Muhammad Agha, Nawabzada Abul Hassan were elected members of associate class.
Mrs Shahnaz Zafar and Mrs Ansa Maryam were elected unopposed as members of women entrepreneur. PML-N leader Chaudhry Muhammad Arshad Iqbal, former president OCCI Chaudhry Shafqat Rasool felicitated all elected members of both classes and congratulated Haji Shifaullah over completion of annual elections of both classes.
