3 commit, 5 attempt suicide in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: Three people, including a woman, committed suicide while five attempted here on Wednesday.
Nadeem Sadiq of Chak 208/GB, Samundri and Shakeela of Mansoorabad ended their lives by taking poisonous pills over some domestic problems. Mohsin Ali of Mohallah Faizabad committed suicide after jumping from the third storey of his house. Zeeshan of Mananwala, Abdul Ghaffar of Ghaziabad, Noreen Saeed of Samanabad and Asia Asif of Samundri Road attempted suicide over some domestic disputes. They were rushed to different hospitals.
SNGPL STOREKEEPER HELD FOR BRIBE: An FIA team on Wednesday raided and arrested SNGPL storekeeper for allegedly taking Rs 700,000 bribe from a man.
The FIA team headed by SI Ghulam Abbas raided the SNGPL Office and arrested Nadeem Ahmad on the charge of receiving bribe from complainant Abdur Rashid of Rahmat Town for arranging an industrial gas connection for him.
