National Disabled T20 Cricket commences today
KARACHI: The fifth edition of ICRC National Disabled T20 Cricket Championship 2016 commences on Monday (today) simultaneously at RLCA Ground Gulberg, UBL Sports Complex Ground “B”, TMC Ground and KCCA Stadium.
On the occasion of Independence Day, an opening match was played between Rest of Pakistan Eleven and Pakistan Disabled Cricket Team at RLCA Gulberg.
Eight matches have been scheduled for the first day of the championship. At RLCA Gulberg defending champions Multan will take on Sialkot.
At TMC Ground, Karachi will face Sargodha.
At KCCA Stadium, FATA will battle with Quetta.
At UBL Sports Complex “B”, Bahawalpur will clash with Peshawar.
Later in the day, at TMC Ground, Islamabad will face Quetta-Bolan. At KCCA Stadium, Lahore will take on Azad Kashmir.
At RLCA Gulberg, Rawalpindi will face Hyderabad.
Abbotabad will take on Faisalabad at UBL Sports Complex.
Both semi-finals of the event will be played on August 18 at RLCA Gulberg. The final match will be played at Asghar Ali Shah Stadium and Geo Super will broadcast the match live. The date of the final has not been decided.
