KARACHI: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement has decided to quit both provincial and National assemblies to protest against the ongoing operation in Karachi, which the party (MQM) said was targeting its workers of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, TV channels reported. In a late night development, the Muttahida Qaumi Movement leadership decided to submit resignations in the provincial and federal assemblies to register their protest against what they called the ‘extrajudicial killing’ of their party activists.
