HANGU: The police on Tuesday arrested 50 suspected persons and recovered arms and drugs from them during a crackdown in the district, an official said.
District Police Officer (DPO) Shah Nazar Khan said the arrested suspected persons included three proclaimed offenders and as many Afghan national. He told the reporters that the police launched a crackdown against anti-social elements in Gul Bagh village, Khattak Banda, Darsamand, Karbogha Sharif, Jawar Ghundi and Tor Pul area of the district and made the arrests.
