Eight doctors among 14 booked for torture

FAISALABAD: On the orders of Additional District and Sessions Judge Tanveer Ahmad, Civil Lines police have registered a case against 14 people, including eight doctors of the Allied Hospital, on a charge of torturing a patient.
In a petition, Noor Ahmad alleged that the accused, including Dr Farhan, Dr Sajjad, Dr Iqbal, Dr Usman, Dr Hafeez, Dr Rizwan, Dr Shuja and Dr M Usaf, tortured his son M Saqib during a medical checkup.
