Un-promoted
Tragically, several public-sector employees have either passed away or retired without ever receiving their due promotions. Their loyal service and decades of dedication remain unacknowledged due to sheer bureaucratic apathy. This trend has not only deprived them of legitimate financial entitlements but also eroded their trust in the system and deeply affected their morale. Promotions are not a privilege; they are a fundamental right. Denying employees their rightful recognition is a grave injustice. The families of deceased employees have been unfairly deprived of the benefits that could have provided much needed financial relief. Meanwhile, retired staff have exited the organization without receiving what was owed to them.
I request the Sindh government and other concerned authorities to intervene without further delay. Immediate action must be taken to process and sign pending promotion files. Moreover, the inaction and negligence of the authorities in this matter should be thoroughly investigated and appropriate accountability measures must follow.
