LAHORE:DIG Operations has warned that action will be taken against SHOs who fail to address public complaints at the police station level. He also cautioned against misuse of police forums and false complaints.

Legal help was ordered for a woman facing threats from her son. He urged vigilance against fraud and stressed that justice must be delivered without favoritism, ensuring open access to police officers for all citizens.
