A mixed-use commercial plot of 2602 square yards in Sector G-134 will be offered for auction
ISLAMABAD: The auction of commercial plots by the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) will be held on June 18 and 19.
A mixed-use commercial plot of 2602 square yards in Sector G-134 will be offered for auction. It is for the construction of high-rise apartments. In addition, 23 commercial plots of markets in Sector G-14 will be sold. A joint meeting of the auction committee and the auction management committee was presided over by Ministry of Housing and Works Deputy Secretary Najeeb Akram to review the arrangements for the auction.
The auction committee clarified that budget relief will also be applicable to the auction. The meeting also finalized the reserve prices for the commercial plots to be offered in the upcoming auction, which were approved in light of the recommendations of the sub-committee formed by the auction committee.
