PESHAWAR: Online case law diary system has been launched allowing lawyers easy digital access to their case information to facilitate legal fraternity in Shangla district.

The step has been taken on the directives of Shangla District and Sessions Judge Mamrez Khan Khalil so that all case records and lawyers data could be made available online. The lawyers have been instructed to submit their required credentials to the office of the district and sessions judge to become part of the system.

According to Judge Mamrez Khan Khalil, this system will enable lawyers to conveniently access the status of their cases at any time. He added that after being introduced at the Darul Qaza (Swat Bench) and later in the Peshawar High Court, Shangla is now the third district where such measures are being implemented.

He expressed his desire to provide all possible facilities to lawyers promptly, which in turn would also benefit litigants by enabling them to access case and lawyer-related information online.

He confirmed that the required technical and administrative steps had been completed, and once lawyers provided the necessary details, the system would be fully activated. He emphasized that compared to the previous manual system, this digital transformation would bring significant ease and efficiency to the legal process.
