LAHORE : Lahore Police continued their crackdown on criminal elements to maintain law and order in the City.
According to details, the Sanda Dolphin Team foiled a major drug supply attempt from Rawalpindi to Lahore. During a stop-and-search operation, the team arrested a suspicious individual after a brief chase on Bund Road. The suspect was identified as Usman. Police recovered three packets of hashish weighing 2,500 grams, worth several lakhs of rupees.
During the initial interrogation, the accused admitted he intended to supply the drugs to various areas of provincial capital and educational institutions.
