KARACHI: Pakistan’s tennis ace Aisam-ul-Haq and his Swedish partner Robert Lindstedt reached the quarterfinals of Aegon Open Nottingham in UK on Tuesday.
The unseeded pair of Aisam and Robert, ranked 49th and 32nd, respectively, beat the unseeded duo of Julian Knowle from Austria and Marcin Matkowski from Poland 6-3, 7-5 in the first round. After this ATP-250 event, Aisam is to play Wimbledon, which starts from the 27th.
