IHC seeks report on PTI founder’s meetings in jail
At outset of hearing, jail authorities provided signed power of attorney of founder of PTI to lawyers

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday sought report from authorities regarding the meetings of PTI founder in the jail.
The IHC’s Justice Inaam Ameen Minhas heard a contempt of court petition regarding the non-meeting of the founder of PTI and the issue of signing of power of attorney.
At the outset of hearing, the jail authorities provided the signed power of attorney of the founder of PTI to the lawyers.
The court directed the jail authorities to submit a detailed reply by March 28, regarding the meetings of PTI founder in jail. The court adjourned the further hearing of the case.
