Mobilink Bank named among ‘Top 10 Inclusive Companies’
KARACHI: Mobilink Bank has been recognised among the ‘Top 10 Inclusive Companies of the Year’ at the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) Awards 2025, held last week in Karachi. The bank secured 14 out of 15 award categories, highlighting its strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, said a press release on Tuesday.
Mobilink Bank’s initiatives, including the Women Inspirational Network (WIN) and Humqadam for persons with disabilities, have significantly promoted workplace equity. The bank has also reduced its gender pay gap from 11 per cent in 2023 to 2.0 per cent in 2024 and increased female hiring. “These awards affirm our commitment to a diverse and inclusive society,” said Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary, CEO of Mobilink Bank.
As a leader in financial inclusion, the bank continues to advocate for gender equality through initiatives like the Male Champions of Change (MCC) campaign and has topped the State Bank’s Banking on Equality scorecard for two consecutive years.
