Pakistani firms shine at Arab Health 2025

KARACHI: Pakistan is displaying its strengths in healthcare manufacturing and innovation at the prestigious Arab Health 2025 exhibition in Dubai.

The Pakistan Pavilion, inaugurated on Monday by the country’s ambassador to the UAE, hosts 40 leading companies under the umbrella of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP). The event is expected to attract over 60,000 healthcare professionals from around the world.

“Pakistan is keen to enhance its exports across diverse sectors to achieve sustainable economic growth,” said the ambassador. He highlighted the global recognition of Pakistani surgical and medical products and talked about the importance of platforms like Arab Health to foster business-to-business linkages and drive innovation. The event focuses on nine key product sectors, including medical equipment and devices, disposables and surgical goods, orthopaedics and physiotherapy, imaging and diagnostics, general healthcare services, healthcare infrastructure, wellness and prevention, healthcare transformation and healthcare technology.

The Pakistani exhibitors, showcasing a range of products from medical devices to pharmaceuticals, expressed satisfaction with the government’s support in facilitating their participation at the event. Arab Health, one of the largest healthcare exhibitions globally, provides a crucial platform for industry leaders to connect, collaborate, and explore the latest advancements in the sector.
