President, others condole death of PPP leader’s wife

NOWSHERA: President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday made a telephone call to Pakistan People’s Party leader Sardar Ali Khan and expressed condolences over the death of his wife.

He prayed for the departed soul and offered his sympathies with the bereaved family during the telephone call. Meanwhile, qul for the deceased was held at the residence of former Senator Sardar Ali Khan in Zarbagh in Pabbi. She was also the mother of Shehzad Ali Khan.

A large number of prominent figures political leaders, including Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi, former governors Barrister Masood Kausar, Iftikhar Jhagra, PPP provincial president Muhammad Ali Shah Bacha, Humayun Khan, Najmuddin Khan, Syed Zahir Ali Shah, Awami National Party leader Mian Iftikhar Hussain, Vice-president Dr Afsarul Mulk, Syed Ayub Shah, Anwar Zeb Comrade, Yawar Nasir, Haji Sharif Khan, former speaker Karamat Khan Chagharmatti, MPA Zarak Khan, PTI National Assembly Member Zulfiqar Khan, MPA Ashfaq Ahmad Khan, PML-N leader Hamza Khan and JUIF leader Mian Zulfiqar Ali Bhittani, religious scholars, business community representatives, political leaders, party workers and prominent figures of Pabbi city.
